Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk for Rad Retreats 

By purchasing a ticket and attending the Rad Retreats on June 21, 2025, I, the undersigned, agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Risk
   I acknowledge that participating in the activities at Rad Retreats, including but not limited to yoga, meditation, movement, and any other physical and mindfulness activities, carries inherent risks. I understand that these activities may involve physical exertion, which could result in injury. I voluntarily choose to participate and assume all risks associated with these activities.
   
   
2. Medical Disclosure
   I agree to inform the retreat organizers in advance if I have any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations that could affect my ability to participate in the retreat’s activities. I understand that it is my responsibility to determine whether these activities are appropriate for my health and well-being. I agree to follow any advice or recommendations made by the organizers to ensure my safety.
   
   
3. Waiver of Liability
   I hereby waive, release, and hold harmless Spirituality With Sam, Rad Retreats, Sam Simmons, and all staff, volunteers, and other participants, from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action arising from or related to my participation in the retreat. This waiver applies to any injuries, illnesses, or damages that may occur, including those caused by the negligence of others or by my own actions.
   
   
4. Medical Emergencies
   In the event of a medical emergency, I authorize the retreat organizers to seek emergency medical treatment on my behalf if necessary. I understand that it is my responsibility to cover any medical costs incurred during the retreat. Rad Retreats and its organizers are not responsible for medical expenses or injuries.
   
   
5. Behavioral Expectations
   I agree to behave respectfully and responsibly during the retreat. This includes following all rules, participating sober (no alcohol or drugs allowed), and refraining from any disruptive behavior. I understand that failure to comply with these expectations may result in my removal from the retreat without a refund.
   
   
6. Photographic and Video Consent
   I acknowledge that photos and videos will be taken during the retreat for promotional purposes. By attending, I give my consent for my image and likeness to be used in future marketing materials, including but not limited to social media, websites, and promotional videos. If I prefer not to be photographed or filmed, I will notify the retreat organizers prior to the event in writing.
   
   
7. Non-Refundable Policy
   I understand that all ticket purchases are non-refundable. In the event that I am unable to attend the retreat, I accept that my payment will not be refunded, regardless of the circumstances.
