• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee or reduction of time based on the availability of the service provider.

• Payment Methods: We accept various forms of payment including all major credit cards, some minor cards, and various online payment systems.
5. Refunds
• Refunds are not available for any class, course, or digital product.
• Live events (including classes and courses) may be considered for a partial refund based solely on the discretion of the service provider if an extenuating circumstance exists.
• To be considered for a refund, in the event of an extenuating circumstance, reach out PRIOR to 24 hours before the live event. We can be reached at Hello@SpiritualityWithSam.com. Please include your name, event scheduled, time and date of event, and the extenuating circumstance. We will respond within 48 hours. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure the email used is open and accepting of new messages. Spirituality with Sam, LLC is not liable for an email that rejects our response or sends our response to a spam or junk folder.

You agree not to use our services or website for any unlawful or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:
• Engaging in harassment, intimidation, or any form of abuse towards others.
